Recipe
SOYA MILK WAFER
Ingredients: 800 g sugar, 500 g soy powder milk, 200ml water, 250 g margarine, vanilla flavor.
Directions: Stir sugar, soy powder milk with water and cook over steam until thick. Add margarine and vanilla flavor, mix well and cool shortly. Spread this filling over wafer sheets. Slice the wafer next day. |

Recipe:
MARZIPAN WAFER BARS
Ingredients: 600g sugar, 150g ground biscuits, 100g ground walnuts, 100g chocolate, 250g soy powder milk, 250g margarine and 200ml water.
Directions: Mix sugar and soy powder milk with water and boil it shortly. Add ground biscuits, walnuts, chocolate and margarine; stir well, until smooth. When the filling cools down, pour it into baton wafer bars, cover it with flat wafer sheet and press well. Slice baton wafer bars second day. (The filling is enough for whole package). |

WAFER WITH BISCUITS
AND WALNUTS
Ingredients: 400 g sugar, 200 ml water, 150 g ground biscuits, 150 g ground walnuts, 100 g chocolate,
250 g margarine.
Directions: Put sugar into the water, boil for a while. Add margarine, biscuits, walnuts and chocolate. Stir well and spread warm filling over the wafer sheets. Slice the wafer when cold. |

Recipe:
RAFAELLO WAFER
FOR 54 COCONUT BALLS
Ingredients: 250g sugar, 60ml water,
150g soy powder milk, 125g margarine,
200g coconut powder, vanilla flavor, 54 hazelnuts.
Directions: Mix sugar and soy powder milk; boil over small fire. Add margarine and 100g of coconut powder, stir it well and cool it for a while. Cut the rafaello hemispheres with thin, sharp knife. Grind the rest of the wafer and mix with the filling. Make 54 balls of hemispheres filled with filling and add hazelnuts inside. Roll the balls into the rest of warm filling and sprinkle them with the coconut flour left. Second way: Fill both rafaello wafer sheets with filling, press it well and slice the next day into small bars. |

WAFER WITH HALVAH
Ingredients: 300g sugar, 70ml water,
70g chocolate, 200g halvah,
250g margarine.
Directions: Boil sugar with water for a while. Add halvah, chocolate and margarine; boil it together while stiring. Spread the filling over the wafer sheet while warm. Slice the wafer next day. |
